The goal of the business is to be trustworthy, open and friendly. We don't cut corners or rush jobs, usually spending a little extra time to make sure nothing has been overlooked. Every bike gets a test ride (sometimes a few) as components are tweaked and adjusted to the best they can be. Only reliable replacement parts are used,  which keeps the business focus on being paid for good quality work. Notes are taken during the service so that the mechanic (usually Vince!) can give you a summary of it once completed and answer any questions you might have.
